Mae yna alw cynyddol am sgiliau adeiladu gwyrdd newydd, a hynny o ganlyniad i reoliadau cynyddol gan y llywodraeth a'r newid yn yr hinsawdd. Mae angen i’n diwydiant fabwysiadu ffordd o weithio sy'n fwy ystyriol o garbon a’r amgylchedd er mwyn mynd i’r afael ag effeithlonrwydd ynni ein hamgylchedd adeiledig erbyn y targed sero net, sef 2050.
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s Construction Wales Innovation Centre is able to offer funded training to the following groups;
a) Construction industry
b) Further and Higher Education educators of construction subjects
c) Further and Higher Education students
d) Community groups i.e. social and private landlords, tenants.
Lecturers from the School of Architecture, Construction and the Environment have developed 10 two hour long modules that explore a range of building performance, technological and environmental areas of construction that tackle decarbonisation and improving energy efficiency through practical means.
