It will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nodi a hyrwyddo swyddi newydd a chyfredol gwerthfawr mewn diwydiant adeiladu sy'n gynyddol amlddisgyblaethol;<\/li>\n<li>Arddangos dulliau modern o ddylunio, cynllunio, rheoli ac adeiladu;<\/li>\n<li>Darparu dysgu mewn cyd-destun trwy gynnig cyfleoedd dysgu ymgolli ac arbrofol i wella hygyrchedd at ddysgu ymarferol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bydd rhwydwaith cynaliadwy rhwng Cyflogwyr a'r sector Addysg Uwch yn cael ei sefydlu mewn dau ranbarth, sef Cymru a Swydd Efrog, er mwyn sefydlu'r arfer gorau mewn perthynas \u00e2 phartneriaethau cydweithredol.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd cyfres o adnoddau diriaethol a rhithwir yn cael eu datblygu a fydd yn mynd i'r afael, yn benodol, \u00e2'r tri phrif gr\u0175p targed, sef:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pobl ifanc lefel III sy'n gadael ysgol\/coleg ac sydd \u00e2 diddordeb, er enghraifft, mewn gyrfa hyddysg yn y byd digidol neu sgiliau arwain a rheoli;<\/li>\n<li>Cyflogeion cyfredol yn y sector Adeiladu sydd \u00e2'r brwdfrydedd a'r tueddfryd i feithrin sgiliau a gwybodaeth uwch, ond nad oes ganddynt yr hyder na'r gallu i fanteisio ar ddulliau dysgu Addysg Uwch hyblyg;<\/li>\n<li>Graduates\/Higher Diplomates from apparently non-cognate disciplines, who, with a retraining programme, could be effective contributors in areas such as logistics and project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CPD and other training material will be evidence based.
