{"id":8198,"date":"2018-05-10T13:34:47","date_gmt":"2018-05-10T13:34:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cwic.wales\/?page_id=8198"},"modified":"2021-07-02T15:08:11","modified_gmt":"2021-07-02T15:08:11","slug":"cancellation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cwic.wales\/cy\/about-us\/cancellation-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Polisi Canslo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"thim-widget-heading template-base\"><div class=\"sc_heading  text-center\"><h2 style=\"text-transform: uppercase;\" class=\"title\">Cancellations by CWIC<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>We reserve the right to cancel courses where circumstances dictate no alternative course of action.<\/li>\n<li>Where a course is canceled in such circumstances, a transfer to the next suitable date will be offered to the delegate if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"thim-widget-heading template-base\"><div class=\"sc_heading  text-center\"><h2 style=\"text-transform: uppercase;\" class=\"title\">Cancellations by Delegates<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Where delegates find it necessary to cancel their attendance, the following conditions will apply<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Where notification is received more than 5 working days prior to the course date there will be no charge.<\/li>\n<li>Where notification is received between 5-3 working days prior to the start date, there will be a charge of 50% of the course value.<\/li>\n<li>Where notification received is less than 3 working days prior the start date, the full course value will be payable.<\/li>\n<li>Where notification of withdrawal is received on or after the course start date, the full course value will be payable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"thim-widget-heading template-base\"><div class=\"sc_heading  text-center\"><h2 style=\"text-transform: uppercase;\" class=\"title\">Substitutions<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Where a named delegate is unable to attend a confirmed course, a substitute delegate may attend.\u00a0 Please advise CWIC as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"thim-widget-heading template-base\"><div class=\"sc_heading  text-center\"><h2 class=\"title\">Transfer<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>A delegate request to transfer attendance of a course to an alternative date after confirmation has been received will be granted, subject to availability.<\/li>\n<li>Should the transferee subsequently cancel, then the original cancellation clause will apply.<\/li>\n<li>All changes requested verbally must be confirmed by e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>Changes will become effective on the date of receipt of written confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond CWIC&#8217;s control, we reserve the right to modify the course information or tutor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Cancellations by CWIC We reserve the right to cancel courses where circumstances dictate no alternative course of action.
