Yn dilyn 30 mlynedd o brofiad yn y diwydiant adeiladu, ac wedi iddo arbenigo mewn adeiladu cynaliadwy ac ynni isel ers 2002, gweithiodd Alun am y tro cyntaf ar un o brosiectau Passivhaus, fel contractwr, yn 2008.<\/p>\n

Yn 2018-20 roedd yn Glerc Gwaith a Rheolwr Prosiect ar gyfer datblygiad a ardystiwyd gan Passivhaus o 34 o fflatiau tai cymdeithasol a phedwar t\u0177 ar gyfer Cymdeithas Tai Linc-Cymru. Arweiniodd y profiad hwn at Alun yn dod yn Ymgynghorydd Ardystiedig Passivhaus yn 2020 a lansio Kalm Consulting Services.<\/p>\n

Mae Alun hefyd wedi darlithio\u2019n rhan-amser ar berfformiad ynni adeiladau ac adeiladu cynaliadwy ym Mhrifysgol Cymru y Drindod Dewi Sant yn Abertawe, ac ar hyn o bryd ef yw\u2019r tiwtor arweiniol ar gyfer cyflwyno theori ERFIT.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
