Learners are given an opportunity to choose from\u00a0 3 different briefs to construct a building virtually.<\/p>\n<p>This includes an industrial building, a house, and a building made offsite.\u00a0 The brief asks learners to consider the building performance, comfort, sustainability, and cost measures at each stage.\u00a0 Your building efforts are provided in a
